What the Heck is Variable Data Printing?!

When we talk to people about how awesome Variable Data Printing is, they give us a puzzled "Speak English!" look. Rightly so. Here's a quick explanation (so that you will love it, too).

Variable Data Printing, or VDP, is a way to create personalized, one-to-one communications with everyone on your contact list!

VDP is cool because you can change out names, text, pictures, images, or even whole documents automatically to match specific needs of those you are targeting. It's proven to increase your response rates up to 20 times more than if you don't use it.

That's pretty significant!

You can use it with letters, postcards, invitations, surveys, brochures, posters, catalogs, and so much more. These changes are all made automatically during a single printing run. If it can be printed, chances are it can use VDP.

We've had people use VDP with wedding invitations- changing photos from formal to casual depending on if it were a friend or family member receiving the invitation. Some had Temple Ceremony invites printed on them, too.

We hope you join us at our VDP seminar on Wednesday, February 23 in Room 3380 of the Wilkinson Center. We are holding two 45-minute sessions at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Sign up now!

Of course we will have refreshments.

And for an added bonus, we will be discussing QR Codes, you know, these funny looking square bar codes that are popping up everywhere. In fact, if you have a smart phone with a barcode scanner, scan it now and see what happens!

We hope to see you at our seminar.
